All online orders are sent though Royal Mail Tracked24. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Royalmail Tracked 24 hour time frame begins once they have received your parcel from Briony Sidwell Skincare, not from the moment of checkout. We will make every effort to ensure your delivery is dispatched as soon as possible.

If for any reason your order is delayed for issues beyond our control such as strikes, weather and carrier issues we cannot be held liable. However, we will do our best to assist you.
